Ethelyn L. Suits

Mrs. Ethelyn Lorraine Suits, age 90, of Wisconsin Rapids, formerly of Ogdensburg, died Wednesday, July 28th, 2010 at Riverview Hospital in Wisconsin Rapids. Ethelyn was born in the Town of St. Lawrence, Waupaca County, Wisconsin on December 27, 1919, the daughter of the late Olaf and Ella (Knutson) Olson. She married George Suits on July 23, 1939 in Waupaca. He preceded her in death on Aug 3, 2006. Ethelyn worked at Whale Paper Company in Waupaca which later became Glatfelter Paper in Neenah. She retired in 1975. She is survived by Daughter: Valerie (Duane) Nygaard of Wisconsin Rapids; Son: William H. (Donna) Suits of Bedminister, NJ. Seven Grandchildren and Fifteen Great Grandchildren; Sisters: Donna Gjertson of Iola and Lavonne Waller of Fond du lac. Funeral Service will be held at Voie Funeral Home in Iola at 11:00 AM on Monday, August 2nd, with Reverend Joan Frost officiating. Visitation will be held Monday 10-11 AM. at the funeral home.
