Kenneth I. Mork

Kenneth I. Mork, 48, of Iola, died Wednesday, April 7th, 2010 at St. Michael's Hospital in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Ken was born in Iola on January 21, 1962, the son of the late Carroll Ekquist and the late Jean (Erickson) Mork. Ken was a 1980 graduate of Iola Scandinavia High School. He served in the United States Air Force from 1980-84. He enjoyed fishing, coin collecting, movies, classic rock bands and was a car enthusiast. He is survived by his Son: Ryan Mork of Wisconsin Rapids; Father: Phillip Mork of Iola; Sister: Kathy (Lee) Hemingson of Waupaca; Step Son: Dustin Bruski of Wisconsin Rapids; Nieces & Nephews: Jenna & Dylan Hemingson of Waupaca; Niki & Erik Voie of Iola and Austin Gilmiester of Arizona. Aunts: Eileen (Royal Jr.) Wasrud of Scandinavia. Yvonne Bergan of Appleton; Lifetime friend: Karl (Barb) Wogsland of Iola Funeral Service will be held at Hitterdahl Lutheran Church in the Township of Iola at 11:00 AM on Monday, April 12th, with Darla-rae Amundson officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday 4-7 PM. at the Voie Funeral Home in Iola and at the church on Monday from 10-11 AM. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
