Margaret E. Wilhelm

Mrs. Margaret E. Wilhelm, age 93 of Waupaca, formerly of Iola, died Thursday, February 18th, 2010 at Bethany Home. Margaret was born in Iola on March 10, 1916, the daughter of the late Edward and Martha (Ness) Henrikson. Margaret married Hubert O. Wilhelm on April 17, 1942 in Iola. He preceded her in death on January 24, 1993. Margaret worked as a telephone operator in Iola and as a nurses aid at Bethany Home in Waupaca for 10 years. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, traveling, camping and spending time with her family. She is survived by her Daughters: Nancy (Wayne) Handrich of Park Falls. Diane (Mike) Vaughan of Waupaca. She is also survived by Five Grandchildren and Seven Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a Sister: Dagne Bestul. Funeral Service will be held at Voie Funeral Home in Iola at 11: 00 AM on Monday, February 22nd, with Reverend Dennis Olson, Pastor, Our Savior's Lutheran Church of Iola officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday 1-4 PM. at Voie Funeral Home and Monday 10-11 AM. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Our Savior's Lutheran Cemetery in Iola. Voie Funeral Home 120 S.
