Sandra L. Stigen

Sandra L. Stigen, 60, of Waupaca, formerly of Iola, died Thursday, February 4th, 2010 at Crystal River Nursing & Rehab Center in Waupaca. Sandra was born in Chicago, Illinois on September 3, 1949, the daughter of the late Alvin and Marie (Gubitz) Sass. She married Wes Stigen on October 17, 1970 in Chicago, IL. He survives. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and family. She is survived by; Husband: Wes Stigen Iola Daughters: Dawn (Steve) Heuer Iola. Cheryl (Jerry Rowland) Stigen Ogdensburg. Michele (Ted) Olson Ogdensburg; Brother: Melvin (Kathleen) Sass Park Ridge, IL.. Sandra is survived by three grandchildren, Brandon Ibe, Jessica Heuer, and Shawn Heuer. She was preceded in death by a sister, Judith Hammerberg, and a brother, Marvin Hass. Funeral Service will be held at Wisconsin Veterans Home-Main Chapel, King, Wisconsin, at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, February 9th, with Pastor John Hielsberg officiating. Burial will be in the Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Voie Funeral Home of Iola was in charge of arrangements.
