Duane C. Willkom

Duane C. Willkom, age 77, of Iola, died Monday, December 21st, 2009 at his residence. Duane was born in Boyd, Wisconsin on October 15, 1932, the son of the late Roman and Hedwig (Seidl) Willkom. Duane married Mary Ellen Seidling on June 13, 1953, in Washington DC. She preceded him in death on Jan 31, 2001. Duane served in the Unted States Navy and had worked as a custodian for the Waupaca School District. He is survived by Brother: Jerry (Kathleen) Willkom of Stevens Point; Sisters: Colleen (Bill) Schmitz of Waukesha. Donna Burish of Green Bay. He was preceded in death by a Brother: William Willkom. Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Manawa at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 23rd, with Father Brian Belongia officiating. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 10-11AM. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Manawa. Interment will be in the parish cemetery Voie Funeral Home 120 S.
