Beverly J. Ellingson

Beverly Jane Berg Ellingson, 89, of Amherst Junction, Wisconsin passed away on Sunday March 11th, 2018. She was the daughter of late Hans Berg and Ella Diver Berg. Born January 6th, 1929 in Iola, Wisconsin. She grew up and attended schools in Iola. She attended Teachers College in Steven’s Point and taught first grade for 19 years in Madison, Wisconsin. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Robert O. Ellingson; five sons, Robert O. Ellingson Jr. and wife Pam of Lakewood, Wisconsin; Mark and wife Tammie of Amherst Junction, Wisconsin; James of Blue Mounds, Wisconsin; Paul and wife Krissanne of Madison, Wisconsin; David and wife Laura of Fitchburg, Wisconsin. 10 grandchildren and 4 greatgrandchildren. She loved to cook, bake, knit and spend time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed participating in activities at her church. The visitation is from 10:00-11:00 at North New Hope Lutheran Church, Amherst Junction, Wisconsin on Saturday March 24th. The funeral service is from 11:00-12:00 with a luncheon to follow in the church basement.
