James S. Olson

Mr. James S. Olson, age 61, of Little Chute, formerly of Rosholt, passed away Wednesday, November 18th, 2009 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield. James was born in Stevens Point, Wisconsin on October 16, 1948, the son of the late Seymour M. and Caroline (Gutho) Olson. James married Margaret Borchardt on April 10, 1975 in Wittenberg, Wisconsin. She preceded him in death on April 28, 2006. Jim worked as an over the road truck driver for over 35 years. He enjoyed watching western movies on television, going to antique stores and spending time with his family. He is survived by Sons: Shawn Olson of Little Chute; Chad (Annie) Tilly of Little Chute; Sister: Karen (Gary) Ostrowski of Rosholt; Brothers: Bob (Marcy) Olson of Clintonville; Cliff Olson of Rosholt. James is also survived by Two Grandchildren: Chandra Olson & Onyxia Tilly along with several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, and wife; Jim was preceded in death by a Sister: Shirley Olson. Funeral Service will be held at Faith Lutheran Church in Rosholt at 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 21st, with Reverend John Poffinbarger officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday, Nov 20th from 4-8 PM. at the Voie Funeral Home in Iola. Interment will be in Concordia Cemetery in Rosholt.
