Jerome J. Bestul

Jerome John Bestul, 79, of Iola, formerly of Schaumberg, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, July 5th, at Iola Living Assistance. Jerome was born in Town of Helvetia, Wisconsin on October 21, 1937, a son of the late Anita (Winters) and Harold Bestul. Jerome graduated from Iola High School in 1955. He worked as a technician for ATT for over 25 years. Jerome enjoyed visiting with family and friends and also playing solitaire on his computer. He is survived by his Children: Rita Bestul, Jerome Bestul Jr, Marilyn Bestul, Bruce Bestul and Mark Bestul. Several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Sister: Janet (Elmer) Peterson of Waupaca, Brother: Howard (Kathy) Bestul of Iola, Sister in law: JoAnn (Doug) Lytle of Iola. Jerome is also survived by nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, son: Ronald Bestul and Brother: David Bestul and Niece: Tanya Peterson. Funeral Service will be held at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Iola, at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, July 11th, with Reverend Bob Hanson officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday 10-11 AM. at Our Savior's Lutheran Church. Interment will be in Park Cemetery Town of St. Lawrence, Wisconsin.
