Barbara L. Liebe

Barbara L Liebe, 72, of Scandinavia, Wisconsin, passed away Friday, June 30th, at her residence. Barb was born on April 18, 1945, in Iola, a daughter of the late Ihla (Olson) and Jerome Liebe. Barb loved talking to people and going to rummage sales. She liked antiques, spending time with grandchildren and was always there to help her family and friends. She is survived by her Son: Marty (Terri) Liebe, of Scandinavia; Daughter: Karen Vomberg, of Iola. 11 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren, Sisters: Clarice (Randy) Kernen of Iola, Beatrice Malinowski of Bloomer, Mary Ann Jorgensen of Waupaca, Brothers: Dennis Liebe of Oak Park, CA. Steve (Terrie Tews) Liebe of Weyauwega. She was preceded in death by a grandson: Anthony Meverden, sister: Wanda Liebe and brother: Eugene Liebe. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Adalbert's Catholic Church, Rosholt, Wisconsin, at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 7th, 2017. Visitation will be held Thursday 4-7 PM. at the Voie Funeral Home in Iola and at the church on Friday from 10-11 AM. The rosary will be recited Thursday 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
