Shannon Lynn (Blanchard) Murray

Shannon Lynn (Blanchard) Murray, age 34, passed away Friday, September 4, 2009 at the home of her Uncle Shannon and Aunt Jane, where she chose to live out her final days. Shannon was the daughter of Kenneth Blanchard and Linda (Counts) Rice-Weaver. Shannon was born on May 4, 1975 at Beale A.F.B. in Marysville, CA. Shannon leaves behind a husband, Matthew Murray, son Dakota, daughter Jaden, and step-daughter Jamie Johnson. Her parents, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, and friends will miss her dearly. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 12, 2009 @ 1:30 PM at the Voie Funeral Home in Iola. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 4-7 PM and again on Saturday from 11:00 AM until the time of service. Interment of cremains will be in Our Savior’s Lutheran Cemetery.
