Norma H. Gregerson

Norma H. Gregerson, age 94, of Iola, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Iola Living Assistance. Norma was born in the Town of Iola, Wisconsin on January 16, 1922, a daughter of the late Clara (Olson) and Viggo Peterson. She married Arnold Gregerson on December 31, 1941 at Hitterdahl Lutheran Church. He preceded her in death on February 8, 1993. Norma had worked at the Waupaca Foundry, Zwickers Knitting Mill and as head of the laundry at the Iola Nursing Home for 26 years. She was a member of the Hitterdahl Lutheran Church and the Ladies' Aid. Norma enjoyed quilting, cooking, gardening and doing puzzles. She loved spending time with the grand kids and great grand kids. She is survived by: Daughter: Linda (Ken) Sorenson, Son: Tom Gregerson, and Brother: Everett (Anita) Peterson. A Daughter-in-law: Judy Gregerson and Son-in-law: Garwood Bahr. She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, 17 Great Grandchildren, 7 Great Grand Children. Norma is further survived by Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a Daughter: Judy Bahr, Son: Dennis Gregerson, Granddaughter: Michelle, Grandson: Jason, Sisters: Adeline Moe and Lillian Thoe and Brother: Gene Peterson. Great Grandson: Alex Funeral Services will be held at Hitterdahl Lutheran Church, Iola, Wisconsin, at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 8, 2016 with Reverend Dale Wilson officiating. Visitation will be Saturday 9:30 AM until the time of the service at the Church. Interment will be in Hitterdahl Lutheran Cemetery Town of Iola, Wisconsin.
