Jason K. Sorenson

Jason K. Sorenson, age 41, of Iola, WI, passed away with his family by his side on Monday, August 8, 2016 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital Jason was born in Stevens Point, Wisconsin on July 6, 1975, a son of Kenneth and Linda (Gregerson) Sorenson. Jason had worked at the Waupaca Foundry and most recently at Glacier Woods golf course. He was an excellent mechanic. He was always willing to help people who needed something fixed on their vehicles. Jason by his nature was always there to help someone. He enjoyed hunting cooking, fishing and most of all spending time with his children and family. He is survived by: Daughter: Hailey Sorenson, of Iola; Son: Jax Sorenson, of Iola; Parents: Ken & Linda Sorenson, of Iola; Brother: Mike Sorenson, of Iola; Maternal Grandmother: Norma Gregerson, of Iola. Jason is also survived by Jayme, John, and Kim Van Allen. He is further survived by Brothers-in law, Sisters-in-law, Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, other relatives and friends. Jason was preceded in death by his Paternal Grandparents: Arling and Gladys Sorenson, and Maternal Grandfather; Arnold Gregerson. A Memorial Service will be held at Hitterdahl Lutheran Church, Iola, Wisconsin, at 2:00 PM on Monday, August 15, 2016 with Reverend Dale Wilson officiating.
