Barbara A. Smith

Barbara Ann Smith, age 72, of York, Pennsylvania, passed away Thursday, August 4, 2016. Barbara was born in Rosholt, Wisconsin on February 10, 1944, a daughter of the late Elsie (Madson) and Herbert Hartvig. Barbara graduated from Rosholt High School in 1961. She is survived by her son and daughter in law: Mike (Aimie) Smith, of York, PA. Two Grandchildren: Kyle Smith and Krystopher Smith Sister: Marilyn (Richard) Brethouwer of Winter Park, FL, Brothers: James (Carolyn) Hartvig of Bryant, Indiana, John (Leslie) Hartvig of Wausau, Donald (Evett) Hartvig of Rosholt, Raymond Hartvig of Seattle, Washington, Kevin (Kim) Hartvig of Rosholt and Dale (Theresa) Hartvig of Rosholt. She is also survived by nieces and nephews other relatives and friends. Funeral Service will be held at Voie Funeral Home in Iola, at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, August 10th, with Reverend Michael Peuse, pastor of Faith Lutheran Church of Rosholt, officiating.
