Doris A. Christoph

Doris Ann Christoph, 87, of Iola, passed away Tuesday, December 29th, at Riverside Medical Center, Waupaca, Wisconsin. Doris was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on July 26, 1928, a daughter of the late Linda (Krenn) and Leo Edward Sielski. She married Arthur Christoph on Sept 10, 1955 in Milwaukee. He preceded her in death on April 19, 2006. Doris enjoyed watching her grandchildren play high school sports, going to rummage sales, reading, cooking and spending time with her family. Doris was always there to listen, when someone needed advice. She is survived by Daughter: Lori Anderson, of Iola; Sons: Jim (Kim) Christoph, of Iola. Mike (Kari) Christoph, of Appleton. John (Marsha) Christoph, of Iola. Seven Grandchildren: Amanda Anderson, Kirsten Anderson and Andrea (Dan) Jacobson, Emily Christoph, Josh (Amanda)Christoph & Alyssa (Aaron) Ordway, Alexa Christoph, Three Great Grandchildren: Davis, Kaia and Gavin along with three additional great grandchildren on the way. Sisters; Janet (Jim) Bailey of Woodruff, Brothers: Kenneth Sielski of Ojibwa. Sister in law: Betty Sielski of Green Bay. She was preceded in death by her Husband Arthur, Son in law; Keith Anderson, Sisters: Shirley Flanigan, Jean Nicols,and Brother: Charles, Sisters in law: Frances Pierce and Ruth Houk. Funeral Service will be held at at Voie Funeral Home in Iola at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 2, 2016. The Reverend Dale Wilson will officiate. Visitation will be held Saturday 9:30 -11 AM. at the funeral home. Interment will be in the St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Cemetery in Waupaca.
