Dr. Lewellyn B. Bayba

Dr. Lewellyn B. Bayba, age 86, of Phoenix, AZ. died Wednesday, October 14th, 2015 at Sherman House Hospice in Phoenix. Lewellyn was born in Chicago, Illinois on March 10, 1929, the son of the late Charles and Florence (Grove) Bayba. He married Shirley Jones on Aug 28, 1953 in Chicago. Lewellyn was a family Physician for Magma Copper Company in San Manuel, AZ for over 30 years. He enjoyed traveling, hunting and most of all spending time with his family. He is survived by Wife: Shirley Bayba of Phoenix; Sons: Jonathan (Judy) Bayba of Wausau. Andrew (Patty) Bayba of Maryland. David (Molly) Bayba of Chandler, AZ; Daughters: Ellen Bayba of Phoenix, AZ. Laurie (Phil) Card-Roley of Washington State. Rebecca (John) Rodriguez of Phoenix. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a Son: Lewellyn and Brother: William Bayba. Interment will be in the at Northland Lutheran Cemetery at 12 Noon on Monday, October 19, 2015 .
