Jeanette C. Johnson

Jeanette C. Johnson, age 89, of Iola, formerly of the Town of New Hope, died Friday, February 13th, 2015 at Iola Living Assistance. Jeanette was born in Town of New Hope on March 27, 1925, the daughter of the late Sam and Clara (Reistad) Larson. Jeanette married Clifford Johnson on Nov 15, 1947 at North New Hope Lutheran Church. She worked in housekeeping and foodservice at the Wisconsin Veterans Home for 27 years. Jeanette is survived by a Son: Curtis (Kaye) Johnson, Daughters: Jean Johnson and Carol (Jeff) Fredericks. Grandchildren: Aaron Johnson, Andrew & Robert Fredericks, Great Grandchildren: Olivia, Logan, Alexa, Ashton Johnson and Aiden Farrel. Jeanette was preceded in death by two Brothers: Lester & Sidney Larson and Sister: Margaret Larson. A Memorial Service will be held at North New Hope Lutheran Church at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 21st,2015 with Reverend Michael Peuse officiating. A Memorial Visitation will be held at the church on Saturday from 9-11 AM. Interment of cremains will be in the Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in King, Wisconsin.
