Darlene K. Gunderson

Darlene K. Gunderson, age 56, of Iola, passed away after a brief illness on Sunday, January 19, 2014 at St. Michael's Hospital in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Darlene was born in Iola, Wisconsin on September 8, 1957, the daughter of the Betty (Jones) Gunderson and the late Laverne "Pete" Gunderson. She was a self employed painter, did yard work, cleaning, and snow shoveling for homes in the area. Darlene loved the Iola Car Show. She also enjoyed gardening and working outside. Darlene is survived by her mother, Betty Gunderson. She is further survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at Northland Lutheran Church, Town of Harrison, Waupaca County at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 24th, 2014 with Reverend Dan Somers officiating.
