Ramona E. Russ

Ramona E. Russ, age 64, of Waupaca died Friday, November 15, 2013 at the Crystal River Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Waupaca. Ramona was born in Waukesha, Wisconsin on January 20, 1949, the daughter of the late Robert Harold and Danelda Josephine (Dalgren) Rank. She had worked as a CNA for Waupaca Elder Care and most recently as a caretaker for Woodland Hills Apartments where ahe lived. Ramona loved to collect Angels and especially loved Christmas. She had an open heart and was always to help anyone. Ramona loved to spend time with he children and grandchildren. She is survived by her children: Shannon Willkommen, Thomas Russ, Wendy Russ, and Blaine (Katey) Russ; Brothers: William (Ramona) Rank, Ronald Rank, and Robert (Sandy) Rank; Half Brother: Walter (Leona) Zomcheck; Half Sisters: Bonnie Zomcheck, and Doris (Gary) Nelson. She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild: A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday November 20, 2013 @ 12:30 PM at Voie Funeral Home in Iola, Wisconsin, with Joe Jandacek of the Maple Street Church of Christ in Waupaca, Wisconsin officiating. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 11:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral home. Interment will be in Lakeside Memorial Park Waupaca, Wisconsin.
