Leroy M. Hagen

Leroy M. Hagen, 82, of Iola, died Friday, April 27th, 2012 at Iola Living Assistance. Leroy was born in Stevens Point, Wisconsin on July 28, 1929, the son of the late Alfred and Cora (Hole) Hagen. He married Donna Madson on July 11, 1953 at the Iola United Methodist Church. Leroy worked as a foreman for SNE; formerly known as Vetter's Windows in Stevens Point. He loved to do carpentry work and he also worked as a grave digger in the Iola and Rosholt area for over 50 years. He is survived by his Wife: Donna of Iola; Daughters: Connie (Mike) Coppock of Weyauwega; Kathleen (David) Hanson of Waupaca; Son: Kevin (Cindy) Hagen of Ogdensburg; Brother: Vernon (Madeline) Hagen of Stevens Point. Leroy was further survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, neices, nephews other relatives and friends. A Funeral Service will be held at the Iola United Methodist Church at 11:00 AM on Monday, April 30th, with Reverend Dale Eggert officiating. Visitation will be on Sunday from 4-7 PM. at the Voie Funeral Home in Iola and at the church on Monday from 9:30 AM. until the time of the service. Interment will be in the Riverside Cemetery in the Town of Iola, Waupaca County, Wisconsin.
