Rosina E. Syvertsen

Rosina Eve (Rose) Syvertsen, age 83, of Iola, died Friday, February 10th, 2012. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on November 20, 1928, the daughter of the late Phillip and Helen (Casper) Luto. Rose married Alf Syvertsen on June 25, 1955 in Chicago. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Rose will always be remembered for her wonderful home-cooked meals. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Rose is survived by Husband: Alf Syvertsen of Iola; Daughters: Mary Ann (Russ) Rode of Iola; Deborah (Al) Domask of Iola; Son: Gary (Stephanie) Syvertsen of Delaware, Ohio. 4 Grandchildren: Nicole Schoultz, Cody Liazuk, Samantha Syvertsen, Seth Syvertsen; 1 Step Granddaughter: Rachel Domask Sister: Geraldine (Virgil) Menoni of Streamwood, Illinois. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church in Waupaca at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, February 14th, with Father Brian Belongia officiating. Visitation will be held at the church on Tuesday from 9:30-11:00 AM. Interment will be in the Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in King, Wisconsin.
