Evelyn R. Bestul

Evelyn Ruth Bestul, age 96, of Rosholt, died Wednesday, January 4th, 2012 at her residence. Evelyn was born in Town of Alban, Wisconsin on January 3, 1916, the daughter of the late James and Clara (Lysne) Bestul. Evelyn worked at Krause Publications in Iola as a typesetter for 12 years. She enjoyed the piano, accordion, violin, crocheting, knitting, painting pictures and fishing. Evelyn is survived by nieces, nephews cousins other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by 3 Brothers: Russell, Luther and Neuman Bestul and 4 Sisters: Verna Wogsland, Lillian & Norma Bestul and Thelma Hanson. Funeral Service will be held at Faith Lutheran Church in Rosholt at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 7th, with Reverend John Poffinbarger officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday 10:00 AM- 11:00 AM. at the church. Interment will be in the Concordia Lutheran Cemetery in Rosholt.
