Bonnie Mae Belle Hoffman

Bonnie Mae Belle Hoffman, age 78, of Iola, died Monday, August 29th, 2011 at St. Michaels Hospital, Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Bonnie was born in Iola, Wisconsin on February 23, 1933, the daughter of the late Frank and Margaret (Engebretson) Schmidt. Bonnie married Marvin Hoffman in 1978. He preceded her in death in 1996. Bonnie lived in Fairfield, Iowa for many years and moved back to Iola 3 years ago. She is survived by Son: Jerry Johnson of Iola; Sisters: Sharon (Roger) Peterson of Iola. Marjorie Wright of Janesville; Step Children: Mark (Missy) Hoffman of Fairfield, Iowa. Kerry Six of Ireland. Cathy Bufford of Fairfield, Iowa. Kim (Ron) Bradfield of Fairfield, Iowa. Bonnie is also survived by 10 Step Grandchildren and 3 Step Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband: Marvin Hoffman and Son: Dennis Johnson. A Memorial Service will be held at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Iola at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, August 31st, with Reverend Dennis Olson officiating. Visitation will be held at the church on Wednesday from 12 until the time of service. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
