Dorothy E. Rasmussen

Mrs. Dorothy Esther Rasmussen, 87, of Tigerton, died Saturday, June 11th, 2011 at the Greentree Health and Rehab. Center in Clintonville. Dorothy was born in the Town of Dupont, Waupaca County, Wisconsin on October 24, 1923, the daughter of the late Elmer and Esther (Stroschoen) Roloff. She married Clayton L. Rasmussen on April 23, 1960 in Waupaca. He preceded her in death on Feb 12, 2007. Dorothy enjoyed reading, sewing, quilting, crafts and working in her flower garden. She is survived by Daughters: Nancy Kersten of Tigerton; Sandra (William) Buch of Tigerton; Mary (David) Menge of Tigerton; Son: James (Dorene) Packer of Tigerton. 14 Grandchildren survive along with 27 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great Great Grandchildren. Brothers: Edgar (Ardell) Roloff of Shawano, Everett (Nancy) Roloff of Waupaca, Eugene Roloff of Oshkosh. Sisters: Della Grafton of Sheboygan Falls, Esther Rosenau of Manawa and Emma Dirks of Sheboygan. She was preceded in death by Sisters: Doris Wiese, Diane Kroening Donna Durrant, Durane Lorge and Brother: Earl Roloff. Graveside Services will be held at Park Cemetery in the Town of St. Lawrence, Waupaca County at 11:45 AM on Tuesday, June 14th, with Reverend Matthew Uttenreither officiating.
