Kenneth E. Christensen

Kenneth E. Christensen, age 69, of the Township of St. Lawrence, Waupaca County, Wisconsin died Tuesday, December 28th, 2010. Ken was born in Waupaca, Wisconsin on September 25, 1941, the son of the late Theodore and Ethel (Thompson) Christensen. Ken served in the United States Army. He was a member of the American Legion Post #14 of Iola. Ken was a truck driver for over 12 years for Dushek Trucking and later with Ort Trucking. He was the owner and operator of Pine Grove Meats Ogdensburg. Ken served on the Board for the Township of St. Lawrence. He enjoyed hunting, shooting pool, was a member of EAA and loved to attend tractor pulls. He is survived by Son: Jeffrey (Robyn) Christensen of Ogdensburg; Grandchildren: Joseph Christensen, Ashley Christensen, Alycia Christensen; Brother: Ron Christensen of Michigan. Ken is also survived by Aunts, Uncles other relatives and friends. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, December 31st, at the Voie Funeral Home in Iola. Reverend Dennis Olson, Pastor, will officiate. Visitation will be on Friday 11AM -1 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Park Cemetery Town of St. Lawrence, Wisconsin.
